Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Store Pickup: Our shipping policy lets you order online and pick up your items in-store. This convenient option ensures you get your purchases quickly and efficiently. There are no charges for in-store pickup orders. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warm weather seasons, we take extra precautions to ensure your chocolates arrive in good condition:
- We may use insulated packaging and cooling packs for orders that may be exposed to high temperatures during transit.
- We may adjust shipping options or methods to avoid delays and maintain product quality.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
However, we are not responsible for failed deliveries in the following situations:
- Incorrect or Outdated Address: If you provide an incorrect or outdated delivery address, we cannot guarantee the successful delivery of your order. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid any issues.
- Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is out of town or not available to accept the delivery, we are not responsible for the failed delivery attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- No Response for New Address: If a corrected or new delivery address is required and you do not provide it within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt, we cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery.
